  1. Billing Cycle

Our services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis unless otherwise specified. This means that you will be charged immediately upon purchasing a virtual number or activating your service.

  • One-Time Purchases: If you purchase a virtual number for one-time use (e.g., for a single SMS verification), the payment is processed immediately.
  • Recurring Charges: For customers who opt for extended service periods, recurring billing may apply. If you select a longer-term plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly), your account will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You will be notified in advance if any recurring charges apply to your account, and you will have the option to modify or cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. However, due to the nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided for virtual numbers after activation. Once a virtual number has been issued, it is considered non-refundable because it has already been made available for use.
